My visit to this store was amazing bcuz of the store associate Paris!!! He made this experience great! I would recommend him to any and everyone. He was patient. Very knowledgeable. And made sure we understood and confirmed everything every step of the way!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Paris was thorough, professional, kind (beyond measure), listened to my wants/needs, answered all of my questions and provided very helpful information. He’s caring and attentive and am amazed by his level, calm, soothing composure which helps you feel at ease with big decisions. I trusted him 100% as he gave more than 100% of his time and service. In the end I felt I made a longtime friend and told him that I would miss him. He’s truly an amazing and gifted human being! While my various product transfers were being done I saw how he treated everyone that walked in with the same level of respect, integrity and service to the nth degree!! In one day I’ve already told everyone I’ve seen including strangers about my experience and posted on social media.

There were 2 younger gentlemen working on the day I went in for help. They were both helping someone when I walked in. However, they both acknowledged me by saying “hi” and the one gentleman that was helping the family (two boys and their mom) said, “I am almost done and I will assist you.” Which is exactly what he did. He bounced back and forth between myself and the family of 3 while he was helping them do a reset on their phones. When he came to help me he began trouble shooting my iPhone. (due to “SIM card failure” popping up on my screen). All the while going back and forth assisting myself and the other family there. Both employees were very eager to help me and get my phone working again after replacing the old SIM card with a new SIM card. (Not missing a beat) The young men were very energetic, happy, polite, upbeat, driven professional young men with great personalities. They made my experience a very positive, upbeat one. They both demonstrated great knowledge of the cellular phones being sold at this particular location, etc. They were both excellent in helping me with the replacement SIM card. I’m so very thankful of the gentleman that helped me today. The young man was able to go to a quiet yet productive area to sit. The boys went through the set-up of the cellular phone process showing/demonstrating the things you need. Thank you for hiring these two young men; as they continue to grow/mature with their people/social skills, customer service, and professionalism. You can see their ambition, enthusiasm, work ethic, drive and passion for their job as they show their pride, growth and dedication in their work.

Justin was awesome, he took the time to explain the difference between several phones and reviewed my coverages. He also assisted me with the installation of my new phone in my car. The best retail experience I have ever had.
