The range itself is well-kept, but my friends and I had to stop using it because of the appalling behavior of inexperienced archers--mostly families with young kids who had no concept of range safety. We constantly had to interrupt our archery practice to explain to parents that target arrows can still be lethal and that they needed to keep their kids from running around downrange (and shooting towards other people!). One time a family set up a playpen for their toddler directly behind the hay bales where their older child was shooting. Not wanting to witness a tragedy, we stopped to warn them this was dangerous--and they didn't believe us. We had to sink several arrows through our own hay bale to prove to them that even a 20# bow could still fire with enough force to maim or kill their child before they moved the playpen. It's hard to get much practice in when you have to spend all your time teaching basic common sense to people whose parental instincts apparently don't extend to keeping their children out of the path of deadly projectiles.

Three targets with clearly marked distances. Recommend you bring some printed out targets to post up.

Very excellent place to learn and meet wonderful people that teach you the basics of archery.

I’ve been a few times now. The targets here are nice and large and there are plenty of places to hang your own. The setting is beautiful and while it can get crowded everyone has always been very courteous.
