There are no reservations. It’s first come, first served. Saturdays can be rather busy, especially if weather is nice. Most people only shoot for an hour and most are willing to share one of the lanes with others.

I think you might have meant dusk instead of dawn. I have never been kicked out of this park when we got back to our cars after dusk. There are park police that visit quite regularly. Some people seem to leave their beer bottles in various locations after drinking in the woods and this is very unfortunate because it is a beautiful park. I would hope the police regulate this kind of behavior after dusk, but if you are being responsible, you won't likely have trouble.
