Lennar has been doing construction across from my home for almost 5 months with the crews leaving nails and screws in the road. Several residents have had multiple flat tires as a result - with Lennar leaving them to fork out money for damages as a result of construction. I sent the property manager photos of a board with nails sticking out of it right behind our driveway. Now I have had both a nail and a screw in my tire and I asked Lennar how we are compensated for damages and I’ve received no response. Apparently the residents are responsible for the costs of building homes as well.

I was going to build a custom home before we decided on buying in BellaSera. What I learned from both processes is, there is no such thing as a perfect builder. I have no complaints so far and all of our concerns and issues have been handled quickly and with ease.
