I had a top-notch experience here. Niki is an awesome human being who took the time to get to know me during our first appointment and did a fantastic job overall. It's always a bit of a let-down to drop some coin on improving your look and not get a personalized, friendly experience but Niki was the absolute ideal in that regard. No buyer's remorse here. : ) The spa itself is clean, tasteful, and puts out a friendly vibe. No battling for parking (at least when I was there), which is always nice. Thanks, Niki!
