I don't have a problem with the actual doctors here. I have a problem with Kaisers policies. This is my first time dealing with this health insurance company and I must say, they have made things complicated since I came on board. They want you to do everything through them. My endocrinologist refused to refer me to the doctor I wanted to go see so he expects me to drive across town to the Townpark location to see him in person. They can't ship all of your prescriptions either so you'll have to go to their pharmacy to pick up certain ones and on top of that, they ended up being more expensive than any other health insurance I've been with. Nothing goes towards my deductible so now I'm shoving out more money for my prescriptions. I can't wait till open enrollment so I can leave this health insurance company next year. They are the worst. You'd be better off with the other health insurance companies out here such as Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Delta, etc.

Camille Cochran assisted me at the Sandy Springs Kaiser, with my visit . I had several concerns and misinformation. She took the time to make a call or two.. she ultimately guided me to the right direction.. I am particularly grateful for her professionalism, courtesy, and her genuine interest in helping me. Kaiser has been my preferred healthcare provider for my family since 2007. Through the years I have only had 2 less than exemplary experiences. Outside of those two experiences all of my providers have been professional and the quality of care I receive has improved over the years. My most recent experience was with Dr. Chowdhury who is my a new primary provider. She was kind and respectful very efficient. She answered all of my questions and even helped me prepare for my travel out of the country.
