I made this review years ago and just gave 5 stars but no explanation as to why. All of these years later and I am still a faithful customer, month after month. They always have consistently high quality product. You can get cheaper kratom powder other places but the quality is not the same. I have tried a wide variety from pretty much all of the local places and a ton of online ones and I have not found a supplier who is consistent with their strains. Their company has had struggles due to covid like everyone else but their quality HAS NOT suffered, unlike a lot of other places. I appreciate them and all of their hard work.

I have been going to Lux regularly for quite some time now, and I just love the place. Both owners are super awesome and are always friendly and personable. I will not go anywhere else for my herbs and the quality and owners keep me coming back.
