I went in not really knowing what I wanted and I wasn't sure I wanted anything too dramatic. Ashley did a great job explaining every option to me and did a great job on my lashes. I was really happy with the result and will definitely go back.

When I made my appointment I mentioned I have a Groupon Voucher. After I got the lash extensions I was told the Groupon would not be accepted. I was asked to pay full cost (3 times the cost of the voucher) or immediately have the lashes removed. Rather than offer a discount for the inconvenience due to an error they made they preferred to spend another hour removing the lashes instead. Completely disappointed having been forced to pay full price or proceed to ruin my own lashes with the removal process. Had I been told before they put the lashes on that I had to pay full price I would have immediately canceled. I never experienced such poor customer service like this anywhere. It leads me to believe they intentionally do this kind of thing. So beware. I will never return again.
