I tried to schedule a first time appt at the ophthalmology clinic - Glenview. The lady was sooooo rude that I just hang out. I really don't want to go to a place where they don't have any respect for people.

Gave them over 2 months to do their job and they wait until 2 days before my mri to tell me they can’t complete my mri and I have to reschedule and go to a different location. Not I have to wait another 3 weeks because they can’t clearly do their simple job

When you greet someone at the front door a hello or good morning is better than rushing up with sanitizer and throwing a mask in your face. The facility is super nice and clean as it should be for the cost of visiting doctors or clinics in today's world. I won't name my doctor, but he is very good and listens to all my thoughts and communicates very well in the office and if I call him with questions. Now the rest of the staff honestly I have a tough time dealing with. They have a ton of people there and most of them are just sitting in there booth doing nothing. They police the mask policy like crazy yet when you turn around there standing behind the counter with no mask on until a patient walks up the whole system is a farce. I had to go from the first floor to the second up to the fourth and back to the first for a single appointment I mean come on figure it out. Clinics, outpatient, hospitals etc have become a business it's sad.
