The cover under the front bumper of my car was hanging, and I took the car to Pep boys and they fixed it for free! Super kind people, and I highly recommend this place to people around the area.

Took my car in at 8:55 AM on a Saturday morning and got it back at 10:10 AM. Everything went smoothly. Just so you know Pep Boys is now just a tire shop, store itself is not open and everything is just kind of smooshed over to the left! They have a small waiting area, kind of makeshift, not like it was before. Probably better to just drop off the vehicle and come back later. This is for the site on Stevens Creek Boulevard in San Jose. Still our go-to tire shop, so that won’t change.

Absolutely disgusted with Pep and their team: here's the story. Ordered two tires from TireBuyer (Great deal!) and saw they listed Pep Boys as a recommended option. Figured we would give them a try. Had the tires sent to Pep, booked an appointment and had my wife take the car down. Was told it was a 2hr appointment (seemed excessive, but...). She arrived on time, and then was LIED to by the tire dept manager who insisted that they would not honor our appointment because "all four tires needed to be changed at the same time" since our car is a MDX with all wheel drive. SO: I call our car repair company for 20 years and asked if this was true and was told "complete BS". Our repair company (Acura Honda Connection off Coleman) said head over to JD Tires on Coleman and Taylor. What an amazing referral - they took the two tires, installed them in 20 minutes for $50 and had my wife on her way. We will NEVER be heading back to Pep Boys - they're dishonest, misrepresent facts and try to coerce less knowledgable people to spend wasted money on services that are simply needed.

Been coming here for battery replacements and tire alignment jobs. The staffs are friendly, my alignment was done in about an hour. Efficient and good service. Thank you, Tony!
