Parking for overnight is not easy to find! Don’t be discouraged by no one in the metro/Amtrak station. Look for parking information posted. I typed in the cross streets and found parking across the tracks, diagonal from the library. $2/day to park. Pay box is near the platform. Only takes credit cards.

Stopped here from the amtrak and got a bite to eat. Wonderful looking town.

It is very pretty, but there is little shady outdoor seating. There are cycloparks and in front of the station is a beautiful park

Amtrak tickets can vary but Glenview to Milwaukee should run about $25 I believe
Please try the Grove and Depot streets entrance.
Yep there's plenty of parking space on either side of the tracks.
There are two Glenview Metra Stops This one is North Glenview The previous Naval Airstation was just west of the Glenview North stop!

Look up chicagos extensive tranpotation system online. Chicago has good dependable commuter rail system....a good number of Chicago does not own cars cuz the rail system is so easy to uses and cheap.

It is as simple as walking out of the station and crossing Lehigh as long (as long there actually is a cab). Taxis are not always there though. You can always use uber if you have the app.
