If you know what you need and where to find it, go here. If you'll need assistance, go to Menards or a local ACE. It's rare to find someone who is available to help you. You'll get answers like "aisle 13" instead of someone helping you to find the right size item like ACE or Menards (Lowes is hit or miss.) I waited 14 minutes for someone to cut a 12' piece of lumber at the Home Depot in Niles. Customer Service has never seemed to be the priority with Home Depot stores.
