We loved it here. The staff was so nice. The food was good. It was always quiet and they had a big play room with a bunch of cool toys and a big, clean nice kitchen. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and rhe beds were big, white and comfortable. The tub was very deep. 10 🌟

My son was born at 28 weeks and I started panicking immediately on we’re going stay. My social worker worked hard to get accommodations to stay near the NICU. From the moment we got approved to stay Molly called us to ensure we had directions on how to get there, made sure we had the help we needed to get all our stuff upstairs and let us know what times she would be there to welcome us. When we arrived Melina welcomed us, gave us a tour, walked us down the path to easily find the entrance to the NICU, made sure we had everything we needed to begin our stay. Throughout our time we have had amazing help from Amaria who has always helped find the things we needed, provided with recommendations on resources and make sure to always ask about how our son is doing. These 3 women have made this unfortunate stay tolerable. As a mom who is dealing with so much right now, getting to talk to them and have them listen. Always concerned about the progress my son is doing makes my days shorter and my stay so pleasurable. I am so thankful !
