High crime area. The rent is approximately 1300 plus. Roaches problem. Washing machines are old and sometimes out of order. Gate code hasn't changed since 2019. My car has been burglarized and vandalized. LVMPD is at the apartment complex for illegal shootings and assault with deadly weapon calls. It is not a save place for your children to be living at. Most of the good reviews on here are bots filled with lies.

Hello I would like to say I am extreme Greatful! For leaving this dump. They HAVE FLEAS. I was bitten every night for the entirety of my lease. (EVEN ON MY FACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, *pictures provided*) Nothing was done about it. They in fact insisted I had an “allergic reaction “ Martha and the heavy-set manager are rude. I paid rent every month ontime. Thinking this will create a smooth leasing experience. I was wrong. It’s a dump. And the leasing office speaks broken English and they all have terrible attitudes. The maintenance speaks about how they slept with previous tenants. And it’s disgusting. This is NO PLACE to spend your money. These people have no respect. Judging by their background and lack of intellectual dialogue. They need to go back to school to learn how to run a business . This is clearly ran by family. That lets their cousins and uncle rent for free. They don’t care for us. Also sewage is always leaking on sidewalks near stairs. The whole apartment building has to be marked as a biohazard. DO NOT RENT HERE . And they keep deposits that they don’t tell u is only $75… when u CLEARLY bring money orders for over 1,100. They Should not be respected. In order to get Respect as a community we have to let this “Business” feel our frustrations.

These apartments are horrible to live. Please do not waste your time or money. First they try to make it seem like they’re professional and clean. But it’s all a front. First of all maintenance does not fix anything. You have to call in the work order at least 3 times before they come to fix the problem. And most importantly, there are ROACHES!! When I first moved it I would only see maybe 2 or 3 in the bathroom. I told management about the issue and the sent pest control. It’s like every week that pest control comes to spray or bomb my apartment, the problem gets worse. Now I have a full on infestation and they’re telling me it’s not. They even inspected my apartment with pest control one week and said they didn’t see any signs of roaches. But they also say I keep it really clean, that’s because I have to. If I leave one crumb, a roach is on it. So Martha, Maria and Maris is saying I don’t have an infestation. But I have videos to prove. They’re all over the apartment now, crawling up ceilings and cabinets. It’s disgusting.

This place in super quiet has everything you need ... They are very clean apartments and if they are otherwise it is a personal matter who lives in it ... and the most beautiful thing is that it is forested and has a very good landscape
