If it’s not the trash all over the ground, dog feces everywhere, broken gates that are supposed to keep us “safe”, it’s the pool that seems to be closed at random times. It’s been closed since 6/7/22. It is now 6/20/22. GET IT TOGETHER LUMINOUS WE’RE TIRED OF PAYING LUXURY PRICES FOR EAST SIDE EXPERIENCES.

Loving my new apartment! Kelsea was amazing and super helpful throughout the entire experience, from the tour all the way to getting my keys. My furniture fits and looks amazing in my new apartment! If you're looking for an apartment go see Kelsea and Cindy, they will be sure to take the best care of you. The apartment has everything I need and the best part is the full size washer and dryer. I am super happy that I decided to move here!!

Very quiet and beautiful community. The only one thing my complain is when we went to check the apartments we want a renovated one but the agent that help us told us they only have classic available but it’s the same as a renovated unit all the appliances are stainless steel but when we get our unit we get old appliances in there so it’s very disappointed on my first expression. But overall it’s very good community to live in.

This apartment complex has gotten terrible in the last 4 months not safe at all, gates always broken not secure. Dog feces litter the grounds daily. The only have 1 matenenence worker for the entire complex. Kelcey and Christna are non responsive to tenants needs Jonah who works weekend is the only helpful one there. I have been on the list to get a garage since last August and now have been told for last 4 months they have empty garages but need to audit them before I can get one. Looking to move out asap if there is no improvement.
