I just moved in one week ago. The management crew here has been amazing. Any questions/concerns I have are quickly answered or they help me with. I havent had any real problems though It took me a while to find this place, Im new to Vegas & Ive just had one apt in LV (before this one here) it was an awful place & most places I applied to ended up seeming the same. These are quality apartments for the price. Theyre nice inside and are more big, not small. Is this in a ritzy Henderson neighborhood? No. But the grounds are very quiet from what Ive seen. There is a security team of sorts I see. And most importantly..all the residents here seem to keep to themselves & not look for trouble like in other apts. Covered parking is nice too & I dont feel at all worried about my car in the parking lot. Thanks again to the management team, everyone is great. There is a new head manager & she is doing an awesome job!!!

When we first moved in, we were disappointed at how misleading the website and photos are, which is a common tactic unfortunately. The grounds are always dirty, and the gates for added security are not in service. We have homeless people wander in and loiter around the property, we have had packages stolen multiple times to where we can't order things directly to our apartment. We have had an A/C issue for nearly a month, something that has been addressed before by the old maintenance crew. Now the issue has worsened, we submitted not one but two maintenance requests, to then have to go to the office to be informed that their maintenance crew walked off and they have no one. We were told they'd address it asap, and after 2 more weeks it has still not been addressed. Now we also have leaks coming from 2 more places in our apartments, damaging our things and now the baseboards and paint is warping. We do have photos as well. We are more than ready to leave this place. The area is not safe and the complex owners seem to not care about their tenants. At least not our situation.

Bad service from the office, you already tell yourself that you don't know anything, in the end they leave you on hold for 30 minutes at the end they cut off and when you go to the office asleep, they pass etc. They don't even have maintenance service and sikiuris by the way, the apartments are very expensive and they don't even serve llede to rotten wood. only with hot water they pass
