I was not able to sleep in my residence because the smoke detector went off. I called the office in the morning and they said they would take care of it. (Again this is a 5 minute change of a battery). I gave the office a full day and at end of day made a call to see if the alarm had been shut off. They said no. I was also told things are done in the order received. I agree with that. However it would seem rational that someone could see priorities. So I will need to find another place to sleep until it is fixed. This did not sound right. So I called the corporate office who said they would write an email and could expect a contact in 48 hours. (Again this is to change a battery ....5 minutes). I think it best to just rent a motel. If I ask someone else to help with this simple problem, I might need to wait a month. I love the place but .........wow. I have the names of the people but do not want to go there. I like them but these type of issues will really hurt the property reputation. Thanks

We are currently in our second year lease at Tuscany Apartments. The location is excellent and the grounds are clean and any repairs that were needed were addressed in a timely manner. However, our main issue is the poor response to the numerous noise complaints from our upstairs neighbors. We have been tolerant of what we realize to be normal living sounds from upstairs neighbors but these noises go beyond normal living circumstances for an apartment. The loud and banging noises startle us at all hours of the day and late into the night, which wakes us from sleep. We have complained multiple times to the office staff when we first moved in and again with the new office staff. The only action taken was a blanketed email that went out to everyone to be mindful of excessive noise, which didn't change anything. We pay money every month to live here, like everyone else, and should not be expected to tolerate or live with overly discourteous noise nuisances and we feel having this issue dealt with in a timely manner is not an outlandish request.

Update: I bought a home recently, and working with Yvonne and the people in the office made my move anxiety free. I would happily live at Tuscany forever, if not for moving into my new, beautiful home. Thanks for making my time at Tuscany pleasant and comfortable. My husband and I are selling our home and moving to the Tuscany apartment homes upon closing of the sale. We have high praise for the professional staff we are working with: Yvonne, William and Ashley. We especially appreciate William for the time and effort he took to see that our needs for a view, enough space, and a garage can be met by several of the Tuscany floor plans. The office was busy the day we spent several hours working with William, but we could see that Yvonne has a talent for managing an intense environment with phones ringing and people coming in for various reasons. Nobody in the office missed a beat. We felt that we were the focus and we know that when we are ready to move, we will be welcomed into the beautiful Tuscany. I consider it an Italian Village with gorgeous grounds and a pleasant, upbeat feel to it.

They are very well located, the prices are perfect for my budget, i call and ask for a quote and they are very professional, i think im lucky to leave here now because everything is so close, work, gym, mall, outstanding location 😉

Is this property section 8 approval
The entrance is a vertical rectangle with a knob. If you turn the knob the rectangle moves and allows access.
