Extremely Rude customer service people who answer the phone. I did not recognize a charge from Nexus Photography on my credit card. So I called to clarify what was the charge for. A lady answered then immediately hung up after listening to my question. I thought it may have been accidentally disconnected. So I called back and this time a man answered, and after listening to me question he said: I don't either - and hung up. I will ask my credit card company to remove this charge. they are a scam. Utterly unprofessional.

We are probably rude to any scammer who starts conversations about Credit Cards> We will not give ANY information about CC transactions to someone who is OUT OF STATE as we do not do business with anyone not local. "GIGI ITALY" Is obviously a phoney name, it is not what comes up on Caller ID or Spokeo search attached to the number. If you had a transaction with any business named Nexus, it was probably in your state. It was certainly not us, we are located in Topeka, Kansas. In the 1% chance you are a legitimate person who hides their identity online, uses another name than that registered, a phone number with addresses in 3 states (none of which is Kansas)., our apologies. Otherwise, you are just bitter you did'nt get any privileged information . Very unprofessionsl for a scammer.
