Awesome experience. Helpful and friendly employees. The dog was really nice. Came in to get custom shoe insoles due to a nasty broken foot. Nick was very pleasant both on the phone to set my appointment and in person. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting some good shoes or in need on insoles.

UPDATE: The half sole repair failed in about 3 months when the whole heel fell off my limited Birkenstock tokio ESD'S. I then took them in to have the repair to be repaired and the counter person looked extremely annoyed despite my being cordial and overly polite. She acted like it was a big inconvenience. When dropping off the shoes I said "Maybe I should buy some shoe goo to avoid driving 15 minutes across town". She then replied by telling me how easy it is to do the repair myself and encouraging me to do so. I dropped the shoes off @ 8am on Friday to have the 1 heel reglued. I was given a repair time of 5 days to do the 10 minutes of work. I said alright, thanked them kindly and left. 8am on weds rolls around and I go in to pick up my favorite shoes. OOPS! They didn't get to the 10 minutes worth of work in the previous 5 days the shoes were sitting there. Unfortunate since the guy I talked to said this it literally their slowest time of the year! So I then get to sit there falling asleep for 15 minutes as the work is done with me there @ 8am. Needless to say finishing touches like curing and removal of excess glue was not done and the shoes are not ready to wear. If this happens again I will definitely do what was recommended to me by the counter person: spend 1/3 of the repair cost purchasing repair supplies to repair the repair I paid for. Could have saved 5 days of waiting and not been a total annoyance to the shop for asking such outrageous things. My second experience with this shop could not have been further from the 1st seemingly positive one. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These people did a GREAT job on half resoling my Birkenstocks with a more durable sole. They did everything to help make the sole last longer and the work is extremely clean. Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good, reasonably priced cobbler. They also sell shoes BTW. Thank you REUTERS!!!!
