I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for my window to be fixed. And that’s just one of the things needing fixing, there’s much more. I’ve called the office multiple times, they are no help and management is terrible. Don’t expect anything to get fixed within a reasonable time, even if it’s a safety/health concern, they don’t care.

This by far is the worst apartments I have lived in. The front office sucks, they do not answer the phone and they are horrible fixing any service requests. It’s been a month and we still do not have anything fixed. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. It is a nice and quiet apartment but front office definitely kills the vibe. If you are looking for nothing to work and have a hard time this is the place for you.

Elaila- The Assistant manager has been nothing but helpful and amazing to me and my dog. She really looks out not just for me but the other residents as well.
