Manager has a temper. The staff will threaten you when you ask questions. Theft is very bad there. The security is there only to watch the property not the safety of the guests. This has been explained several times by manager. Price is $445 + power. Laundry is in bad shape. The machines are very old and barely work. If you have other options I would keep looking.

NEVER, NEVER STAY AT KINGS ROAD TRAILER PARK INC. In Las Vegas, NV A simple misunderstanding... I was under the impression I paid for our 3rd night. After shopping all day I came back (after hours) around 5pm only to find someone in my spot so I moved next door. After completing my hook ups a women in golf cart approached me and said I have to leave I asked why? She said you cheked out this morning I replied I was out shopping for a motorcycle. Her reply then was I did not pay for tonight very rudely. I told her I am not like others she said yes you are. Well I went inside to get my receipts and yes she was correct. I thought the night prior I was paying for this night . So she threatened to call the police really really not polite. So we were orded to leave with no were to go on Saturday labor day weekend. After an hour of searching hoorah! The Las Vegas RV Resort Upon entering we were greeted like we have visited before. So far excellent

Kings Row is a 21+ and 55+ RV Park.
If tagged proper.nothing ozarks hillbilly. But redneck should pass
They don't allow vehicle's that are older than 10 year's old. Try Thousand Trails RV Resort on Boulder Highway. It's about 1 mile away from King's Row Trailer Park.
They have spaces for rent for vans, and they have a laundry mat and showers on site as well as bathrooms.
We stayed in our RV for 12 dollars a night so tents shouldn't cost more.
I have a friend that stayed there with an older RV. They have to inspect it first!
Dogs allowed, no breed restriction, while outside the residence and or yard/kennel pets must be leashed and handler have complete control at all times. Well behaved and quiet is preffered not manditoty.
No RVs allowed in the tent sites; if that's what you mean by camp sits. Note: There are only 2-3 of those available and are closed most of the summer when the heat reaches a level considered to be dangerous.
Yes they do as long às it's registered in your name
It was decent for checking emails, but I had some lag on streaming movie
The monthly rate is $400/mo, water and sewer is included. Electric is .10/kw. The first four weeks you pay weekly, just over $100 each. They don't seem to have an age limit for rigs. The weekly is sort of a probation period to see if you're a good fit (and vice-versa).
Yes they have spaces and is a wonderland to stay but you'll have to call the office for availability and price. They are open from noon to 5 i believe .
No they don't the only tent camping I can think of is the KOA on N Las Vegas Blvd
It is right on the Boulder Strip about 10-15 min from Las Vegas Blvd strip hop on the 95 N to 15S or drive west on Sahara, the closest main street
There is no ATM machine located at this property. Change machine is broken most of the time.
Hello Susan and users on this thread. You will find our rates at a lower price point than most of the local RV parks. Not to mention when you do a "side-by-side" comparison you'll discover the little nuances which make King's Row a pleasant place to visit or live. Please call or come and see us for the current rates, a tour and we can also provide you with a list of local RV parks so that you may shop around. I will be happy to assist you personally. Best regards, Tye, Asst Gen Mgr
That's all true..
I think we paid about $195
Call them, nice folks
We do indeed have tent sites; however, at our discretion we at times do not rent them out if we are experiencing extreme weather. The health and safety of our visitors is of paramount concern to us.
There was no age requirment, other than the kids of course have to be with an adult, no life guard at pool either. So they need to be with thier adult, not just turned loose to run.
Its best to call them, i didnt see a single tent on my stay... All rvs ajd trailers..,
Shouldn't be a problem they are very nice and they have a lot of old rigs too
Tent camping is $20 a night Its worth it alone for the use of the bathrooms...they are the cleanest and newest in town ..plus the people in the park and office are super nice .....as far as rv storage they do have that but I am not sure of the cost .. enjoy!
Terrible place... that's why it's cheap! The old man (Bill) and his daughter are slum lords
