I have a friend that stayed there with an older RV. They have to inspect it first!
Not 100% sure but in my experience they have never looked at my 2006 Class C before staying several times ..
Yes 10 years. If older they may look at it and consider how long you are staying. There are older units in there that were grandfathered.
