Being at Horizon Ridge Nursing has been a very good experience. Therapy has been very helpfull and the CNAs have been very attentive and friendly. I couldn't have made it without the encouragement and understanding of customer service.

What a great place for my mom to get better after her fall. This was one of the most difficult things our family has ever gone through and we couldn't have done it without all the different departments at Horizon Ridge. Nursing, Case Management, Customer Relations, Housekeeping, and Therapy. I just wanted to say how blessed we are to have had mom come here.

I had an opportunity to visited my friend who she is 94 yrs old and being cared at the Horizon Ridge nursing home for 8 months. The staffs were beyond helpful and the facility was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the facility to anyone who is looking for service and care for their senior family members. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mom is currently in Horizon Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as I write this. The nursing staff there is rude & unprofessional, they don't check in on my mother except every 1 & ¹/² to 2 hours. They won't allow me her son or any other member of my family to bring her any bottles of smartwater or anything from the outside seeing as she can't drink the horrible tasting tap water that makes her nauseous when she drinks it. She can no longer go up or down stairs & we are moving to a downstairs apartment August 18th & they want to keep her in that facility until our move to the downstairs apartment is complete and I'm worried leaving her in this facility until our move is complete. If you have thoughts about moving your loved one there, don't do it.
