I cannot say enough or express enough appreciation for the staff here. Mom wanted to stay at home but due to her care needs was not able to. We were trying to find a place for her to go from rehab, in March, just as Covid-19 hit. We tried to place her here at Prestige but there was no room so we got on the waiting list. The only place available and willing to accept her she was very unhappy in. Fortunately 3 weeks after getting her placed at the other facility, I got a call from Rachel at Prestige letting me know they had a room available. The staff was already very busy due to covid, but dealing with them these past 8 months, has made me have nothing but appreciation and respect. Mom has never been happier. She absolutely loved it there. The food is great, and mom is picky. When she went on hospice last month she said she wanted to die there with her friends, meaning the staff. I cannot tell you how accommodating and helpful each and every one of the staff members have been, which made a world of difference since I live in Seattle. I cannot believe how they have pulled it all off and all the while being friendly and so helpful. Mom passed on New Years Eve, but she was so very happy prior to leaving us. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Prestige of Henderson to place a loved one. From the greeting they gave her when she arrived to how good of care they gave her I have nothing negative to say. And mom could be hard to care for and was not very sociable, but she genuinely loved the staff, the food, and her apartment there. All that made her end of life easier for her and her loved ones. My father has been living at Prestige Henderson for the past 17 months. He moved out of our home and into Prestige because he was bored and felt he would have more excitement living among people closer to his own age. We looked at many other assisted living facilities before he moved in, but Prestige seemed to have more of a “family feel”, which fit perfectly with his personality. About 9 months after he moved in, he had a medical incident for which he was hospitalized and then moved to rehab for a few weeks. When he returned, the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations, with such care and compassion towards him while he was recovering. The staff is always friendly, kind and caring and willing to do anything they can to ensure the residents are happy. I have personally stopped by to have lunch with Dad and other residents and they are happy and just lovely to converse with. The staff have also been very helpful, and a great resource for me and my husband. They give us peace of mind that Dad will be safe and well cared for. Finally, I’d like to congratulation the entire staff for their heroic efforts to keep COVID-19 out of the facility. To date, there has not been one case! Way to go Prestige Healthcare Heros!

This place needs to be shut down it is filthy always under staffed and my moms things was always getting stolen!!!!! The last straw was when my mom almost died from an infection from not being showered or changed!!!!!
