Einstein might have lost my business for good. I waited a half hour for two bagels. Just to get one wrong and then tell me I ordered wrong. Its a simple order with both bagels the same spread.. then they wiped the wrong spread off and put the correct spread on instead of remaking it as they should have.

I’ve always loved Einstein’s, but this location has major issues. If you order in store plan on waiting at least 45 minutes no matter how few customers are in the store. If you order online for pickup or have your food delivered your order will be wrong every single time. Even when the receipt taped to the bag clearly states your very simple order. Today was the final straw. They sent me the wrong bagels and and left out the tub of shmear that I ordered. But hey, they threw in a chocolate chip cookie instead. That’ll taste really good on a cheese bagel 🙄

I have been to this location twice in the past year. Einstein's used to be awesome, I really miss the Midvale location The food is good but like everyone has stated, why the heck are they soooo slow at everything? Also.... This store really needs to sweep and mop under the machines and drink counter 🤮 there is a thick layer of filth under the drink counter

Fast service, however employee who made my sandwich was careless and couldn’t even wipe off the knife resulting in avocado on my chocolate chip bagel. The employee also threw the bag onto the counter carelessly.
