Hands down best yoga studio in the Valley!!! Nice to have other males at yoga classes other than myself. The infrared heaters feel so good, you are guaranteed to sweat. Classes are a mixture of challenging classes and the yin and the restorative classes are very relaxing and the aerial restorative is equally relaxing. I love this yoga studio.

One of the best decisions I've made was joining this studio. The instructors and other yogis that I've met and get to share my practice with are incredible. I felt very welcome coming in as a beginner and now feel confident when I go to try some of the more challenging classes. I first tried out a class at Yoga Om for a Mom's Night Out event arranged by my friend. Sonia, the owner and an instructor, welcomed us with open arms and led us through an amazing aerial yoga class. I had never done aerial yoga before and didn't know what to expect. Sonia did a wonderful job of breaking down each pose in a fun - and safe! - way. I love that class so much I signed up for a membership! Yoga Om is my happy place!! There is a class for everyone, regardless of ability. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and compassionate to each student's needs. It's really such a welcoming community ❤️❤️

The teachers are so kind, warm, and welcoming; they really make you feel like part of the family! This studio and the people in it really make you feel at home and at peace with your practice - whatever your skill level may be! Prices and packages are also great!
