Brought a European (no studs-> bolts) vehicle. They screwed up threads on one wheel so bad that they weren't even able to put one bolt on. Said we would have to get rotor/hub replaced or else hire a tow truck. Don't recommend.

They are honest and reasonable. Did a good job changing and balancing my tires. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

I beleive they are pricier than other places in the valley but that's okay because always consistent, honest and throughough. Great location and customer service! Seriously I will pay good money to have the proper communication over the phone!

On 12/20/21, Took my Chevy truck in for a front break job and they provided pricing over the phone. The price seemed excessively high and I asked for a detailed explanation as to the very high price. They told me the material cost for calipers, rotors and pads were $762. I told her that was over twice what they cost, and she stated that she would seek pricing from a different supplier (Auto Zone). I told her that since I didn't have time to do the repairs myself was the only reason I came to them. I also told her that I would research the price myself. Reached out to Auto Zone and found all the parts for $321. The whole repair was completed with an oil change in about 5 hours. They called for us to pick up the truck and said they were open until 6:00pm, got there at 5:30 and the lights were off and doors locked, after knocking on the window someone came out and let us in. I brought a copy of the printout for the material pricing from Auto-Zone showing the real price, hoping they would make a concession. She said she was able to shave about $50 off the quote of $1,325 (approx.) and that the bill was now $1,276. She never provided a detailed price breakdown and then my credit card reflected a charge of $1.392.10. When we got home and tallied all the costs, they double charged us $48.38 and charged us twice for the oil change. Should have saved myself the pain and went back to Midas.

Yes
We absolutely are!
I dont believe they buy used tires if thats what you're asking, but they sell them. If your looking to sell tires go to Craigslist there are people who buy used tires in good shape
Depends on wheel size, and may depend on whether you bought the tires there. My best knowledge.
