I really like our local Target store. It's always clean and well stocked. Only occasionally is there a lack of checkout cashiers, but they do have a self checkout if no one's at the registers. I'm handicapped, so things like isle access, bathroom access is important as I'm in a personal mobility scooter. I'm glad to report that my scooter, which is a larger unit, can navigate all parts of the store easily.
