Really great business, at first what I brought in wasn’t fixed and he took it back and figured out what he had done wrong at no extra cost. Even if it didn’t end up getting repaired it would still be 5 stars because the service was good and very honest.

My computer started shutting down on me. I cleaned it and all that jazz thinking that was the issue. It did it again. My regular guy who normally takes care of my machines couldn’t make it out for a while. So, I was on the hunt for someone who could do it asap. The dude at Mat-Sub Computer Medics was all over it. He told me to bring it right in. He sent me text messages on progress and kept me informed. He had me back up & running by the next day! I am one happy camper, and will definitely be seeing him again!

Thank you so much for repairing my computer! I had a techie friend look at it and he was unsure if it would ever live again. I so appreciate the quick response and mailing my computer to Ketchikan! Thank you!!

I am confident every time I leave my old Dell there it will be fixed correctly. They keep it running.

Yes they can
No charge for diagnostics. If the screen is black we will quote you for the repair. If the screen is cracked the cost is usually $150 which includes a new screen and the labor unless it's a Mac or it has a touchscreen. It takes 3-4 working days to get the screen.
You should be able to do it by tapping the f8 key rapidly while booting. It will give you the option for System Restore, click on it and select the date you want to go back to. It won't affect any programs installed prior to that date.
We do not charge for diagnostics and we max out at $150 for labor plus parts if needed. If the laptop was on and colder water got inside the instant cooling of a component can damage it. Another issue with water is that when it's drying oxidation will take place which can be cleaned off unless the water is underneath some components that are not removeable. If it just happened unplug it, take the battery out, and put it in a very warm place so it quickly dries out. Slow drying with elecricity present promotes oxidation. Anyway, bring it in for a free diagnostics. Worst case we can always recover data from the drive.
