When I was doing the intake stuff it was all over the phone and they said their therapists did over the phone too. So when my first appointment came around I assumed it would be over the phone as well cause no one told me otherwise. Missed the therapy appointment and they didn’t bother calling or anything before canceling my psychiatrist appointment. I called and rescheduled an appointment and the front desk person was so rude about it. I scheduled a new therapy appointment but she wouldn’t let me schedule a psychiatrist appointment and now I might not have enough meds before I can get to one

Misdiagnosed me with bipolar 1 when I have already been diagnosed with bpd previously and gave me medication that almost made me kill myself and they wouldnt reschedule or prescribe new medication and told me to keep taking it. No appointments for another month for therapy and medication to help me and my family. Thank god my man took the medication away I am not a danger to myself anymore and I am looking for actual help. Do not go here for behavioral services...

I have a bit of “white coat syndrome” so going to any medical facility is rather daunting for myself. If that’s relating to you, I recommend visiting Rita, whom I have seen on and off for the past several years. I must say my life is definitely better when she is a part of it. Rita is knowledgeable and kind to me as an individual. She helps me be a better me.

I had wonderful conversations with her, in which she helped me understand my mental situation and lended me a compassionate and expert approach to my problems.

They have both
Dr. Susie Dillon is the Medical Director at this facility. I am not sure if there is a supervisor under her.
Yes
They'll work with you on finding relief and management, but it's their policy not to prescribe schedule 2 medications.
