This place has the rudest employees, I changed my bagel and the employee got really mad. Our bill was $20 we even left a three dollar tip.Never got a thank you. Went to use the restroom they were supposedly out of order (so where do the employees go????) Over all will NOT be going back!!!! There are other Einstein‘s in the area——would definitely pass on this one!!! No inside seating——outside seating but no umbrellas have to sit in the direct sunlight. Right next door are better options! Pretty SAD Staff has to BRIBE a customer for a good review WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT?

The best Einstein’s I’ve been to. They always, ALWAYS, have the bagels I want. Service is always outstanding. I’ve been to Einstein’s all over the country, this one is easily my favorite.

Decent I guess if you need a bagel fix but this one (and every one I encounter in SLC basically) either burns the bagel, or uses the same knife for fruity and savory shmears and you get a gross hint of salmon or onion and chive in your strawberry shmear.. or the coffee is literally SO BAD I think I'm having covid symptoms bc I can't taste it 😂 the coffee SUCKS. Watered down. The one they had that was decent, the vanilla hazelnut, they discontinued of course.

It's easy to lose sight of the fact that every individual makes a difference. Each of us has the potential to increase the joy of an experience - for ourselves and for others. Andre, with his terrific demeanor, wonderful customer service an friendly interactions, did just that. After digging ourselves out of the snow for over an hour, my family went to Einstein Bros. on a Monday morning for a meal and Andre's presence helped it to be more of an 'experience' and fun time together. Einstein's are pretty much all the same with their consistently yummy bagels, delicious coffee and almost 'warehouse style' feeling coffee shop vibe. But this one has someone special to share his smile and delightful spirit. Thank you so much! We'll be back!!
