I feel like the management of this store must be a hoarder. It's so unorganized. Every time I go in this store they have pallets and carts full of inventory everywhere. I wasn’t able to find the cat food I was looking for and all of the employees act so put out when I asked for help. They were able to begrudgingly show me the empty shelf where my cat food should be. I assumed it was on one of the multiple carts I saw blocking the aisle.

My dog is always terrified of the blow dryer and people in general. My dog was thriving here and loved it! Even left blow dried

So frustrating to buy dog food from this location. They almost never have Purina pro plan in stock and if they do you need to navigate through pallets on the sales floor in order to find it. It used to be a lot better too something happened after the remodel, there has only been one or two employees working the last few times so i can’t even have someone check inventory and instead need to sort through it. Pay your associates more and get them on the floor you need them

Asked for 40 large crickets. Got 20 small and paid $7 for them. Bunch of them were dead too as they gave them to us. Not coming back here anytime soon. I’ll just take the extra time to go to a real pet store.
