we made an order that cost 29 dollars, where it said extra crispy chicken, apart from the fact that the chicken was not cooked since they use frozen chicken, it had nothing crispy but even flaccid without color or flavor. It was the worst disappointment to have gone to this place, we will definitely not buy in this place again.

Chicken is under seasoned. And they are cutting the chicken in odd shapes. My thigh looked like a wing but was all bone. The breasts had no skin.😐

I guess the workers here don’t want listen to you when you order. They seem to want just interrupt you instead to claim they can’t hear you. I went to Wendy’s next door they clearly understood me just fine. This location is poor service. I’m surprised they are still in business no one who works there wants to listen clearly to their customers. Next time you want business listen to your customers. I was clear and loud next time, give your person taking orders a chance I would stayed but I got interrupted. By someone else besides the person taking the orders you guys were not busy that time. it was slow day. If I was owner of this franchise I would close this location because no one seems to care that works there.

I would give this location a big fat ZERO! Every time we order from here, something is always wrong! They never make up for their mistakes, it always just a sorry, or an argument. The only way to get a resolution, or at least a little bit of customer service, is to call corporate. Rocco is apparently manager of this location, or so he says, but he is not manager material in my opinion. Too bad all the other locations around this area are closed, looks like we'll be going to Popeye's from now on, I suggest other people do the same!!!
