Great Nashville hot chicken. I got the “hot” and it was more of a medium hot. I could have gone one step hotter and really enjoyed it. So if you’re a spice addict go ahead and go full send on the heat level. The chicken was moist and perfectly friend. I found the breading to be a little dry though. The service is strange. You don’t order with a person you use a phone app and pick up the food. I was hoping for a more personal ordering experience but hey it worked fine.

Chicken tenders and the Pretty Bird sauce were both Delicious! Conveniently located near the City Creek Center. The Medium was just the right amount of heat, but the more you eat the hotter it gets. I didn't regret my decision. 5-Stars well deserved. I would Definitely eat here again.

Great spicy and crispy chicken !We all enjoyed it very much! The problem is very limited outdoor seating and no indoor. During lunch on weekdays prepare for a at least 30 min wait if you did not place your order on line ahead!

My son and I stopped by Pretty Bird to check out their fried chicken sandwiches and they didn't disappoint. The fried chicken thigh sandwiches are moist, tender and can be prepared from mild to very hot. They're dressed with slaw, pickles and pretty bird sauce. The most pleasant surprise for me was were the crinkle cut fries whose crispy goodness was among the best I've ever had. The downtown location is an order online only spot. There's some seating outside the window which is no-frills and can be chilly depending on time of year so dress accordingly. Enjoy!

Wear a mask. Stand around outside 6' apart to wait for your order (always order online in andvance - long wait). They'll come outside and call your name.
They have limited seating indoors (like six seats) and an outdoor patio. Some people get the food then walk to City Creek and eat in the food court. It's a short walk.

Phone them, they're only taking pick up orders.
I believe they do.
There's a parking garage across the street.
