These guys talk a big game but don’t do anything to help marginalized groups by giving them jobs. I can’t even go in here because nineteen year old employees make me feel small and poor to need a $600 dinosaur leather jacket.

Lauren is amazing! She fixed my husband’s favorite jacket’s zipper in 5 minutes when we stopped in on our way through town driving from Moab to Grand Teton, thinking we needed to buy a new jacket. But no, it was just the zipper pull that had warm out. She was so friendly and helpful too. If you need good quality outdoor clothing, or just a zipper repair, I highly recommend stopping by!

Shopped at this Patagonia outlet ~2 weeks ago and I had a good experience. This time I came back in for returns (my first time ever returning something to Patagonia) I was treated poorly and in a hostile manner when I asked to make some returns. I was told a product I had bought ~1 month ago from Scheels was "very worn" and asked if I wanted to exchange it as "worn wear" I explained I just wanted credit and that I would then shop and get the items I wanted. The customer service agent at the store even called for a team lead to see if what I wanted to do was "ok" Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable after our interaction and will not be returning to this Patagonia outlet. Patagonia has an Ironclad Guarantee that states "If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge."
