Exceptional service by the entire staff. You're greeted with a friendly smile and hello from the time you walk in the door. I purchased a new bike and accessories and was treated as though I was their most important customer. A couple days later I went back to swap the bike for a different size. I absolutely hate returning anything but they were so kind and accommodating that any awkwardness I felt was gone. The entire experience was amazing! They've earned my loyalty for life. Side note: For those that like to just browse without a salesperson bugging you, they respect your space.

Chip is an awesome help! Especially if you need a new pack. He put weight in multiple packs, helped correctly cinch down the compression straps, and let me walk around the store for awhile to test them out. Needless to say, Chip helped me get the right pack. Give Chip whatever he’s asking for, REI!

I had an awesome experience being at this REI. I will forever shop at REI because of the gentleman at the front named Owen. He helped me out going above and beyond what he could have done. People like him are the ones that really make a difference in this world. He sure made my day better and I have never had somebody help me like he did. Thanks Owen

Worse experience ever when I comes to customer service. I bought an item that came defective so I went to return it. The lady Vera at customer service was very unprofessional I asked her if we can return it and order a new one . She said no we have to pay again and then get a return credit . I asked her can you return and use the credit she said no I don’t want to start all over. When originally I had told her that’s what I wanted to do .She got upset and under her breath she said unbelievable. I told her excuse me and she said oh nothing. I told her just return-it and I will order it myself. I was so surprised I felt like I was being tested from Vera. Spoke to the manager about my concern and he said ,” Oh I’m sorry it’s there anything else I can do. I love REI gear and it expensive which I don’t mind but , I get better service at a car wash then here. won’t be coming to this store I rather drive to Farmington store then Salt lake.
