It's all fried...I would worry about the bun
Fried chicken only. I'm sure they would give you a fried chicken breast without the bun if you asked. Either that or the fried 1/4 chicken.
It wouldn't be a sandwich anymore.
They do have chicken without the bun but I don't think they offer grilled. There isn't anything on their menu that says they do and I only saw fryers in their kitchen.
