I had a wonderful experience working with the team. Their professionalism, communication, and timeliness really stood out to me. I'd recommend them 10/10 times.

Tanya came to our home to notarize a quit claim deed for us. My son printed the paperwork from an online site and did not have everything we needed. Tanya helped us through the process and we were able to finish everything. Great service and help. Very professional.

The booking system was simple and seamless. I was able to schedule an appointment at the time I needed it. Jeremiah was profession, took the time to explain the process, and was just a kind person to interact with. I highly recommend Oakland Prime Mobile Notary.

We needed a notary for some last minute POAs (Financial & Medical) and last Will & Testaments. We found Jeremiah on Thumbtack with great reviews. It was crazy easy to schedule with link that lets you pick a day/time on a calendar. I loved that. Other Notaries that responded needed a back and forth exchange to try and find days/times that work. We have an energetic 11mo old - so we were trying to meet his schedule and have someone come to the house. To see appointments available at a glance was extremely helpful. Jeremiah was able to come the very next morning from across the Bay AND provide a witness. He was professional, personable and made sure we understood the process at every step. The day before our Son had cried seeing his Grandma and Aunt at the house. When Jeremiah came in he talked to our son and our son was waving "Hi" and totally at easy with him there pretty much immediately. No crying! We had a wonderful experience and will be using his service again whenever needed as well as recommending him to anyone we know in need of a notary.

No you do not, however, paying in advance is strongly recommended. Why? This minimizes the contact between Signers transferring cards/cash, and most importantly, this CONFIRMS your appointment. The benefits to paying in advance are your time-sensitive documents are Notarized with care and precision at the TIME you need it most! This also helps when multiple Signers/witnesses are involved, to accommodate for traveling, and cancellations. You can also pay at the time of your appointment. This is RESERVES your appointment, and leaves it subject to double-booking. In the event your appointment is double-booked, you will be notified 30 mins in advance. Your appointment will be pushed back no greater than 1 hour. This option is useful for people with flexible schedules who choose not to pay in advance.
What type of Power Of Attorney do I need to have notarized? Does my Principal and Agent need to be present to sign the Power Of Attorney? What kind of valid Identification is accepted? Do I need a Witness present?
Make sure the Notary Public is a good fit and understands what your needs are. Be clear and concise and their work should stand up to scrutiny.
I had a customer who confronted their siblings to finalize a deceased parents' insurance policy. Several of the siblings were residents of different states, and coordinating their phone interaction for the best possible outcome was a challenge. This took several hours and the customer was appreciative and unnecessarily apologetic.
I have worked with family deaths, wealth preservation, estate planning, arrangements for relatives, out-of-state contracts, private applications, and over-the-phone court proceedings.
6 years ago, a close family member underwent a serious cancer diagnosis that involved getting their documents and affairs in order. I was unhappy with how unprepared my family was in regard to this situation, which exposed how many families are not prepared for these life moments, and this is my motivation to deliver reliable work during these times.
The technical side of certifying documents is important and as a result, can be stressful. My background as a healthcare professional in the pediatric sports medicine domain allows for a calm and guided experience for your family.
The process of certifying a Power of Attorney or witnessing the signature on a Will is performed by a Notary Public. It is important that you must present in-person to sign your document. I will greet you, record your information, witness you sign your document, and complete your Notary certificate for your records.
