Extremely unprofessional service. Submitted the order request for delivery and received the quote. Just 1 week before the event, got to know that they have a policy of minimum order of $250 (not mentioned anywhere on the website) and they cannot deliver. I was willing to pay the delivery fee and any additional charges but I didn’t get any help from the rep.

Great service from the woman who provides attention when you’re trying to rent their equipment. But really sad experience how rude and impolite one of the male employees was to me. I’ve never felt so much violence from someone in my entire life. Hope they take this comment seriously.
