Great for lessons and free skate. Huge ice rinks. The instructors are excellent. Great place for all ages and levels. Fair pricing for what is offered. We would not go anywhere else for ice skating. I've been going here since I was a kid so it's nice to now bring my children here.

The skates fit and the blades are sharp! You got two rinks, the staff is super sweet and solidly Oakland. You can take lessons from beginning to semi-pro, join a hockey league or just skate with friends. It’s an institution -definitely recommend it.

Rude Cynthia Today I called to ask about the summer camp. Because they overcharged me, the supervisor who answered the phone was Cynthia. The attitude was really, really bad, I've never seen anyone so rude, it was a nightmare. She should look for a new job. Maybe fighting would be better for her. Avoid her when you go skating!

Always a great time to be had here!! I love that they have the snacks and warm drinks and when it’s not peak season it is super easy to get in and skate with ease. I believe they prorate prices as time dwindles down on public skate but don’t quote me on that, I was a little confused about the pricing. Regardless, I love the Oakland Ice Center and my kids have a blast every time we come :)
