Sadly I can't give them no stars to leave a review but that's what they deserve for my experience after telling the lady that my mother needs a size 8 the lady taking the order ordered a size six Instead and then instead of emailing me that the ring was done they just didn't do anything they just kept it until my sister was able to call and ask them where my mother's ring was only to be told it was there for weeks now when I called a week prior and they told me it was not there that I would have to wait for an email! So I will not be buying rings from Kay's again and I had to pay another place $50 to fix the ring so my mother could even wear it!

placed a order during cyber Monday got my email confirmation everything was good to go, then as soon as the cyber Monday promotion ended my order was canceled, magically it took hours to realize they didn't have my item and waited until 12am to cancel my order, then customer service tells me sorry to hear that and there is nothing they can do because the store didn't have my item. then they offer me a discount making me pay more, so my $1900 order would be $2100 so I was left with no time to find a replacement item, then as a token of their apologies I get to pay $200 extra not my fault you allow people to purchase "out of stock" items so why should I lose out of a promotion deal and then be told I have to pay extra now, unprofessional
