they don't tell you they don't help women expecting child only single men bc apparently pregnant women should sleep outside/in the homeless shelter at night especially at high risk pregnant there's lots more I can say as well

The CIC staff told me that

Yea they only help who they want to help yeah Melissa at the cic staff member only helps who they want to help they have favoritism and they talk s*** about all the clients there and make people clean up when it's their job as staff member to clean

This place does have favoritism the first time I came there I asked if they could help me with local shelters and they did nothing honestly . And the head of staff is incredibly rude and hard to deal with she tried to get me banned for a ridiculous reason

We can assist anyone who is 18 and above. If you have younger children we would suggest contacting United Neighborhood Centers 570-343-8835, or Catholic Social Services 570-207-2283. If you have infants, possibly St. Joseph's Center 570-342-8379. Hopefully this helps. You can always call us for more information 570-342-4298.

Do you guys provide a shelter where both me and my husband can stay at meaning like stay there and get help getting our own place or is it one of those shelters where you can only stay for a certain amount of hours and then you have to leave ?
