I got cursed with the worlds worst caseworker she’s so rude and literally acts like I’m breaking the law by applying for benefits, however I did speak with a really nice manager out of the Harrisburg office. But Evelyn Santiago is the worst she wasn’t always like this but the last couple times I’ve had to deal with her ever since I called the Harrisburg and had it out with her supervisor after being shut off for literally doing everything I was asked, she just shut me off again for non compliance from two renewals ago? So I filed appeal 3 weeks ago still haven’t been turned on she keeps clearing the tickets and not calling me back. The problem I really had was with her supervisor when she was on vacation but she took it personal ig so now I’m being punished every 6 months.

I applied for MA and Snap benefits last week until then I didn’t know who is my case worker. Front desk’s worker gave me my caseworker name and phone. I spoke to him and got to know he is super nice, caring and friendly. He takes time to explain the questions and help you through what you need to get done. I’m happy to have Mr. Tom Philbin as my caseworker.

They are super speedy here, and couldn't be any more helpful. Some immature people are just leaving unwarranted nasty comments. These workers do a great job dealing with the public.

Horrible service! I waited on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me and then I called back and they hung up again… Completely rude ..somebody needs to be fired!!

Cause there a bunch of a** holes out there been calling all day an still nothing
EXACTLY I’ve been calling numerous times no answer at all just keeps hanging up on me
I have an excellent case worker she has been helping my family tremendously if you can try to get ms. Connors. And get her direct number. I highly recommend!
Exactly
Yes they will help you
wont help, ive tried..the pwrson at front desk keeps saying no one can help retrieve one simple date from my file for me so that i can file my taxes, says "only your caseworker can do thay and she's not here; and no one else is here who can get into your file; only your assigned caseworker can"..and yet when i had last taljed to hef a month ago she said she mailed it to me..i never got it."
No u would have to go to ny or order offline
Don't no look it up on Google that would be your best option
Yes u can
I think you have to contact Lackawanna Parks and Recreation office
Call your caseworker. They will order you a new one to be mailed to you.
No as far as I know there open
Call the main number and when you get a representative ask for the direct number to your case worker. I lost mines number so I had to do this to get back in touch with her
The number online they do not answer its very rare you get an answer on that number. If you have a case managers number then they answer or you can leave a message and get answered back in that day. Otherwise using the national number you have to wait 3 days to get called.back. so your best bet is always to go in the office you get answered and usually get results. Also the wait is not really.to bad the most I ever waited was 30 minutes .
The welfare office can if its for yourself
It depends on the scenario Could be immediately at the desk or it could be mailed to you in 2-3 business days. However I'm now going on month 2 without any foodstamps after being accepted for them.
No
They only issue new ones but they can request a replacement at the office for you.
Yes
Social security office. $20.
