This place does have favoritism the first time I came there I asked if they could help me with local shelters and they did nothing honestly . And the head of staff is incredibly rude and hard to deal with she tried to get me banned for a ridiculous reason
The entire staff there are very bizarre. No one can give me a direct answer. They make you feel like you're losing your mind
