Bainbridge: where we are always under new management! Within the 1.5 years I’ve been here, there have been 3 property managers and they’ve all been worse than the one before. This place is a rip off. The “secured parking” garage is ALWAYS broken, and they will squeeze every dime out of you that they can. Don’t be late on your ridiculous 60 day notice to move out, they’ll charge you $60 a day per late day notice. They also won’t tell you it has to be in person, so good luck if you’re out of state getting married. The apartment itself is also just built so poorly. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, what game their playing, what show their watching, when they’re just walking around, literally everything! The tenants that have been coming in lately have also gotten worse. Theres always trash everywhere and they don’t clean up after their pets. Healthy. Also, don’t bother getting excited about the amenities here, they’re always hogged up by people throwing parties. Literally. The two grills we have? Always in use. They try to sell you an upscale urban living experience, but it’s not worth it. Go to kings farm or the Daley. I wish I did.

3 stars. Moved here 7 months ago. Its OK. We've had an ongoing roach issue (not the only ones) and they barely do anything to solve the issue which is extremely disappointing. I've put in a service request about 5 times now. Pretty disgusting. (I even saw a roach in the lobby). Their garage has been broken for the last month and they don't even try to get it fixed...

I've just moved in. I really liked the place, location, and amenities. All the paperwork was done efficiently and the move in was smoothly. Yesenia was great since showing the place first time, helping with all I needed for the rental, and the day I got the keys to my new home. :)

The office staff are fair, professional, and courteous every time I needed assistance. They strive for keeping interactions professional and to resolve issues efficiently. Maintenance responds promptly to any needs and ensured a clean, safe, and functional apartment. Excellent humans work here and want to provide a clean and safe and comfortable living environment for every resident! Neighbors could be cleaner and more respectful of the noise and disruption their actions create for other residents but management does try their best to reach out and encourage better behavior from those kind of neighbors. John was extremely professional when first I was first leasing and Melissa Anthony and Yesenia Strive to be pleasant (even when dealing with stressed residents) and attempt to take care of any issues promptly. This is one of the largest apartments I found for the lowest price in this area.
