If your are even thinking about getting an apartment here, my advice is to make sure that NIKIA HILL is the lease or property manager helping you get an apartment. The way she went above and beyond was Jordan flu gamesque, lebron down 3-1 in the finals and coming back, Serena Williams going back to back. She was cordial, very nice and sincere. I would highly recommend her if you need any assistance for the towers 10/10.

I moved to Congressional Towers about 2 months ago and it has felt like a really great choice so far. First of all, Liz Wise in the office was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. If I remember correctly, she spent a good 30-40 mins on the phone with me to make sure all of my questions were answered prior to my move-in date. It is also a great deal for this area (utilities included in rent!!). Although the building is older, the units themselves are recently renovated and very spacious. The gym also looks very new and is well-equipped. The living community here is friendly and diverse with quite a few young couples living in these buildings. Plus, the location is perfect for me. You have easy access to a lot of shopping, and you can walk to the Twinbrook metro station. Although it is close to busy shopping areas, the apartments themselves are tucked away in a green, quiet area bordering a golf course and park. Finally, the folks who work at the CT apartments are top-notch people. I felt reminded to write this review last week because I was having issues with my vehicle and two guys who work here very graciously offered a hand. I feel very safe and comfortable living here.

It has been pretty decent living here. It has gotten better since noisy neighbors have moved out from above me. The amenities are good too. I have lived here for over 2 years and would recommend it to anyone.
