All the staff here are awesome !! Jennifer is always super bubbly and energy is amazing. Carmen is such a great person she always make sure to give the best quality hospitality! Mandi is always smiling and joyful she's a peach! All the housekeepers make sure I get service and Jonathon always makes me smile 😁 all in all this place is like home thanks guys for making the stay awesome !!! Keep up the QUALITY work 😁😉😉😉

Dirty nothing worked didn't get told about any deposit until my room was already paid! I was told 3-5 days for a reversal I just hope that is the case. If not ill update it here. Then Went from one room to another because some things didn't work... curtains don't close they were falling down. Normally businesses update their website especially with an important message as they were remodeling so there is no breakfast.. When asked for a partial refund I was denied.

I am a pilot and stay in more hotels than most people. This place has to be the worst I can remember. Lights, outlets, phone didn’t work. There was no chair for the desk or any hangers for closet. Imagine paying for a room that not only has stuff broken but stuff missing! Bathroom was also missing the equipment to hang toilet paper, while having what looked like mold above and around the tub. The shuttle service they have contracted also takes awhile to pick up at airport and makes several stops along the way. It took an hour and a half to get to hotel. It was late in evening and I had to be up at 530 am, so was unable to switch rooms without sacrificing even more sleep. I highly doubt another room would have been any better anyways.

I booked my stay through Park, Sleep, Stay and stayed only one night.. thank goodness. There was mold in the bathroom which I did not notice until I took shower in the morning. I advised the staff member and it did not seem to faze her. I emailed the Park, Sleep, Stay to let them know that this particular hotel had mold and thought I would call Choice Hotels to let them know as well. Since I did not book through them they did not seem to care. I waited on the phone for over an hour for the representative to tell me that he understands my concern and that I should let Park, Sleep, Stay know about my concern. I know that if I was a manager at this hotel I would take this complaint with concern. Will not be staying with this chain of hotels again.
