I will NEVER stay here again. When I booked my room for a night with park and fly NO WHERE did it say that I would be required to leave my vehicle keys with the hotel while I was gone.

I don't think that anything is wrong with their system if the new general manager is who I think it is she was taught well from the prior gm how to steal. We were I've requested to speak to the owners and have also called choice. I repeat Stay away from this establishment.

Call them and fight it! They charged me twice, different amounts, fir one night there in a less than adequate room. Was only there for 5 hours to get some sleep after arriving at 2 am

I've been double-charged by this property before. This is a common issue with them in their system. The general manager does not know how to properly run the hotel nor does she know anything of customer service so you might want to call Choice
