I called choice and they were no help what so ever. What is truly strange is Choice Hotels is aware of the problem and chooses to do nothing. So from now on, my "Choice" is a different hotel Chain.
They need to get corporate in fire the general manager and get a new one in who is nicer to the customers and knows what they're doing. This is a common problem with this property This is a common problem with this property unfortunately as well as severe housekeeping issues. The general manager has no concept of customer service or retention and unfortunately this is happened to myself and other guests with their Billing System. I would recommend calling Choice Hotels and filing a complaint so that way upper management or the property owner will get involved and also refund whatever money is owed to you
