So ill start with the good - clean comfy bed no bugs though comforter was old and had a few tears, hot shower best times to shower were 6 am and 6 pm it seemed, and the AC stayed cool even though at times the AC was as loud as a truck running. Next the bad - no door locking plate where the latch and bolt lock into, desk chair falling apart and loose, toilet seat loose, shower head loose, shower curtain had holes/cuts in it, and the managers key port cover on door was loose and fell off door exposing the the key hole. The desk staff did replace the curtain. They also tightened the toilet seat and shower head after I had already hand tightened them. In general the room was somewhat antiquated with a newer bathroom tile and sink renovation. There was smudge marks still on the tile from contractors and paint gouges or dents in areas of the room. The bathroom layout was weird as in the toilet paper roll was across the wall opposite of the toilet so one would have to get up to get instead of being right beside. The ac was louder than the truck stop next door at times. The trucks next door I couldn't really hear. Breakfast was slim. Mostly it was scrambled eggs and heated sausage with cereal. At times it seemed late getting put out as well. This I'd just my experience from one room and others may be nicer or worse. I did bring up the issues to the desk staff.

Its not the best, nor the worst. Bed was comfortable, great sleep. Toilet seat was broken, thankfully I didn't really need it. Breakfast was a challenge. Hot food was cold. Some sausage was still frozen. Banana s had bugs inside and out. Oranges were good. Great location. Next to big T A truckstop. Would I return to this location, probably would! Could always eat breakfast somewhere else.

Did the job but not amazing. Back entrance could use a good power wash. Bathroom was quite beat-up despite recent renovation (crack in shower, stains on walls, marks on back of door). Sheets had an old blood stain on them and there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was OK, it did the job. We left well-rested but glad to be out of there.

Clean rooms. Decent price. Lots of food and gas near by. Allows pets for additional fee, the slip said $15 but they charged me $50, which I think is on the higher end, although I’ve had other places try and charge me more. Place is well kept though and cheap for a room in the first place so I didn’t mind paying. Was still less than $100 a night with the pet fee. They allow all size dogs too which is nice. I would stay here again.

When I book online through choice, it states that you can cancel up to 4:00 pm on the check in date.
I was not charged a security deposit. So I don't believe that they do charge one.
